AI reverse engineering for real parts
Scan to CAD
in minutes.
Upload a point cloud of a physical part. Our AI measures it, rebuilds it feature by feature, and hands you an editable STEP file with a full deviation report — not a mesh wrap, real CAD.
One free reconstruction of your own part + full demo library. No card required.
How it works
Three steps from a physical part to CAD you can actually edit.
Upload your scan
Any point cloud or mesh: PLY, PCD, XYZ/CSV, STL, OBJ, GLB, E57, NPY. From a structured-light scanner, a laser line, photogrammetry — or straight from a Rapid Fusion machine-mounted camera.
AI reconstruction
The engine measures your cloud into geometric faces, then an AI designer writes the part as a sequence of CAD features — base body, bosses, holes, pockets — and every candidate is checked against your scan before it is accepted.
Review & download
A deviation heat map shows exactly where the model matches your scan and where it drifts. Happy? Download the STEP and open it in Fusion, SolidWorks, NX — anywhere.
See it on real parts
The trial includes a library of demo parts — real scans our engine has already rebuilt, ready to explore the moment you sign in.
Machined parts
Brackets, flanges and turned parts — watch prismatic features come back as clean CAD.
Deviation analysis
Every reconstruction ships with its per-point deviation map and fit statistics.
Your own part
Then upload your own point cloud and spend your free run on the part that matters to you.
Print to mill: see the remaining stock
A free, open demo — no sign-up. Load the scan of a 3D-printed mould face, its as-printed CAD and the as-milled target — and see, in colour, exactly how much material the mill still has to take off. No AI, no camera: just the geometry.
Load your parts
The printed-face scan, the as-printed CAD and the as-milled CAD — or start with the bundled sample.
Used as-is
The files already share one coordinate frame, so the CAD drops straight onto the scan.
Remaining-stock map
Green where there is enough material to machine, red where there is none — default 9 mm minimum.
Print accuracy too
The same view shows how closely the print matched the as-printed CAD, within your tolerance.
No sign-up needed — opens straight away.
What you get
Editable STEP
A real B-rep solid, registered onto your scan. Opens in every serious CAD package.
Deviation heat map
Per-point scan-to-model deviation, with mean / RMS / max and surface coverage.
Feature timeline
The build steps the part is made of — like a design tree, recovered from a scan.
Honest numbers
A numeric acceptance gate checks every result. A poor fit says so — loudly.
Put your part through it.
